To be part of the Edison team is an honour and I will try my very best to ensure the governance of the school is matched with doing the best for the children; within budget and providing a first class service to all parties.
I am proud to be Vice Chair of a team which is professional and one that holds each other accountable to the highest standards. We ensure we have the skill set amongst our governors to fulfil our obligations to Edison Primary School.
On a personal note, as a mother of two teenage children I know how important primary school education is in getting a good footing into the secondary phase of a child’s education. Every parent wants the best for their child, and we as a team understand that and aim to deliver in partnership with parents and other stakeholders.
